  • How are you able to provide your services for free?
    It’s actually pretty simple. We are lucky enough to have partnerships with the local senior communities (everything from 55+ Communities to Independent Living, Retirement Communities, Assisted Living and Personal Care Communities, Memory Care Communities, and Adult Day Centers) in the area. In return for the service that we provide to make the process of finding and selecting these options go smoothly, these organizations are happy to compensate us as a gift to you, the client. In the rare case that we are not partnered with a community that you and your family are interested in, we are more than willing to work for free.
  • What is the difference between all the different types of senior communities?
    That’s such a good question, and the answer is complicated. We’ve broken it down pretty explicitly in our Senior Care Planning Toolkit, but truly the best way to explain the differences is in person or over the phone. Give us a call and we can break help break it down and decide which option might be the best fit for you and your family.
  • How can we afford senior communities?
    There are a lot of programs and types of assistance that can help with this. Part of our process with new clients is to identify which types of assistance they may be able to take advantage of, and begin the process of getting them qualified.
  • Do you only provide services in Pennsylvania?
    Not at all! We are happy to assist families wherever! Though our expertise is in the PA/DE area, we have helped families everywhere from New Jersey to Florida, and everywhere in between. For some services, we are able to help remotely for free. Other times, we may need to pay for travel or for remote services. However, our initial assessment and consultation over the phone is completely free and will allow us to give you a better idea of how we can assist.
